Andy Santacroce

Andy Santacroce is a dynamic technology professional who excels in delivering world-class solutions for global organizations. With deep understanding of the full technology stack and experience running large infrastructure estates, he brings a rare combination of business savvy and technical expertise to every engagement.

Known for his ability to explain complex technology in accessible terms, Andy facilitates productive dialogue at all levels, from the boardroom to the engineering floor. His career spans more than three decades of executive leadership across insurance, telecommunications, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and utilities.

Most recently serving as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer at a Global Insurer, Andy led transformational initiatives including core insurance system implementations handling $5B+ in premiums, enterprise Workday deployment across six companies, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration.
